Public Hero is the sequel following Bar-none. I felt quite confident going into this project, mostly due to the success of Bar-none. My goal for this film was to build off everything that worked and double it. This video was to have more fights, gnarlier skateboarding, improved filming and editing, and it succeeded in doing that.
The Public Hero premiere was a huge success. It was hosted near the end of the COVID-19 lockdowns, and everyone was fizzing to get outside and socialise. The event was limited to 100 people, which meant only family and friends were able to attend. Everyone had a great time and added positively to the release of the film.
