What started as a small idea to make a film over the summer holidays with a close friend of mine quickly escalated into a year-long project. Familiar dives into the subconscious, building off Freudian theories to uncover repressed fears that hide in every one of us. Production ended for this film in April of 2025 and is currently in the post-production phase.
